Supported Features

SysTrack is available on a variety of platforms. This section provides a general outline of features for each platform from two main categories: the applications and data collection. Features are presented from an endpoint system perspective.

The SysTrack Android App runs on Chromebooks for collection, so some Android features are also applicable to Chromebooks.

The SysTrack iOS App runs on iOS devices including phones and iPads. The app collects data on a device only while in the foreground.

SysTrack MDM Integration allows for data collection from the MDM solution used to manage mobile devices. Data will be collected for enrolled and managed Android and iOS phones and tablets that have a SysTrack agent installed. If the MDM integration is going to be used, it must be completed before deployment or installation of the app, to avoid duplicate systems.
